Maxion İnci Wheel Group won an award in the category “companies providing most employment”, as part of the 12th Employment Meet-Up Day organized by Manisa Employment Agency (İş-Kur) to bring together employers with potential employees.
Maxion İnci Wheel Group, a joint venture of world’s largest wheel producer Maxion Wheels and İnci Holding boasting successful operations in the automotive supply industry in all processes from production to exports, was chosen by Manisa Employment Agency among the companies providing most employment in 2018.
Evaluating the event, Mustafa Zaim, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Maxion İnci and Maxion Jantaş, said: “We operate with 1700 employees at Maxion İnci and Maxion Jantaş in Manisa Organized Industrial Zone. As a Group, we find it very important to promote a positive employer-employee relationship, encourage our employees in all areas and adopt a sustainable business approach for investing in people. We will keep creating new fields of employment and add value to our region through our fifth factory the foundations of which were laid.”
