The 17th Aegean People Management Summit was held by the Aegean Branch of the People Management Association of Türkiye (PERYÖN) at Fuar Izmir Hall C on July 9 and 10 under the theme of “Courage.” The Summit featured inspiring speeches and events in the field of human resources. The People Management Association of Türkiye (PERYÖN) is the first NGO founded in the field of People Management in Türkiye and has 5 regional branches. The Aegean Branch of the association brought together more than 500 industry professionals, consultants, executives, faculty members, and university students at the 17th Aegean People Management Summit this year.
During the two-day Summit, which was held at Fuar Izmir Hall C on July 9 and 10, participants had the opportunity to attend many events and listen to the inspiring experiences and predictions of 30 esteemed speakers in the field of human resources in a total of 16 sessions. At the Aegean People Management Summit, which was held under the main theme of “Courage,” inspired by snowdrops, participants were invited to change, learn from their mistakes, and try different options, focusing on opportunities instead of impossibilities and avoiding making excuses.
