Maxion İnci Wheel Group came together at the plants as part of the events held throughout the Family Fest, which has become a tradition as the Group attaches value to employees’ and their families’ motivation and satisfaction and believes in the importance of being a family. Maxion İnci Wheel Group employees had a pleasurable day with their children during the events that were enlivened through an interactive children’s theater.
All employees had a pleasurable day together with their families as part of the events held throughout the Family Fest, which has become a tradition at Maxion İnci Wheel Group. The event, in which guests were greeted in the company of a band, also featured a live DJ performance, air-inflated toys, face paints and sausage balloon shows for children, along with various treats. 1,800 employees and their families attended the event held by Maxion İnci Wheel Group’s “Genuine Volunteers” community who opened a booth to collect children’s books for charity. Mobile Libraries of the Cevdet İnci Education Foundation opened their doors for children.
Inaugurated with General Managers’ opening remarks, the Fest also featured an Interactive Children’s Theater, pantomime and a mannequin challenge, which spurred children’s attention. After lunch, children cut the April 23 Cake, followed by a folkloric dance, family photo shooting session and a plant tour with families, which concluded the event.
Maxion İnci Wheel Group continues to make a difference through human-centered approaches and practices for all employees and their families.
