Maxion İnci Wheel Group, a leader in the Turkish automotive supply industry, took part in the 2020 PERYÖN Valuing People Awards, which recognizes innovative and successful practices in HR management and aims to promote exemplary activities in the industry. In the category of Value-Creating Practices, the Group was among the finalists in the subcategories of "Employee Health and Safety", "Employee Development and Talent Management", and "Digital Transformation in HR", and it earned the first place award in "Digital Transformation in HR" thanks to its human-oriented digital transformation culture.

Speaking at the online award ceremony, HR and Shared Functions Director Gülçin Tekin said: “We at Maxion İnci Wheel Group carry out several innovative, human-oriented projects. The fact that we are among the finalists in the three categories we entered is a prime indicator of this. Commenting on the first place award, Tekin added the following: "I would like to highlight that the digital transformation project run by Maxion Wheels Global first started in the factories in Turkey. Our Group integrates digital transformation in all areas through its digital transformation vision and innovative approach, and we implement these in both production and auxiliary processes. We continue our operations while pioneering digital transformation at our factories. We shape our future strategies and workflow to support our target of transforming to "Smart Factories.” This award-winning project is the first of its kind among the Global factories, and it was first carried out by the Turkey Operations. Our ShareMax Digital Communication Platform project aims to enhance employee experience and increase employee engagement. Through this project, we raised the awareness of employees regarding business processes via a technological solution, created an environment that promotes regular and interactive communication, enabled employees to access current information on company activities, provided opportunities for development through online learning, and made possible the quick exchange of feedback. By doing so, we managed to boost efficiency while balancing operational intensity. We observed a positive impact on business results while improving employee experience and engagement.
