Supported By Cevdet İnci Educational Foundation In Collaboration With Manisa Yunusemre Vocational Training Center, A Vocational Training Center Affiliated With The Ministry Of National Education, Was Opened At Maxion İnci Aluminum Plant That Operates Under Maxion İnci Jant Group, A Joint Venture Of Maxion Wheels And İnci Holding Located At Manisa Organized Industrial Zone. Training Sessions Will Be Held At Maxion İnci Aluminum For Future Cnc Operators In The Field Of Machine Technologies.
Maxion İnci Aluminum partnered with Cevdet İnci Educational Foundation that always underscores the importance of educational investments to guarantee sustainable success with the motto of “Support education and serve the future”. And Manisa Yunusemre Vocational Training Center that is certified by the Ministry of National Education, collaborated with the Foundation to bring up “CNC Operators” in the field of machine technologies. The ‘Vocational Training Center’ opened at Maxion İnci Aluminum Plant aims to introduce qualified people to the automotive supply industry through theoretical and practical courses for ‘CNC Operators’.
The courses provided at Maxion İnci Aluminum Plant in Manisa Organized Industrial Zone consist of theoretical training once a week and workshop activities four days a week.
Students of minimum 14 years of age who completed their mandatory education applied to Maxion İnci Aluminum HR Department to enroll in the 4-year long program. Students who successfully complete the program will be entitled to receive a diploma as graduates of a “vocational high school”. They will also have the chance to work at Maxion İnci Aluminum Plant.
Mustafa Zaim, Chair of the Board of Maxion İnci and Maxion Jantaş, said: “We keep investing in people, who we place the greatest emphasis on and for whom we undertake a mission. Education is critical for our country to tap into the potential of its young and dynamic population by transforming them into qualified workforce. We as industrialists, have a duty to take on in this field. Through this project we aim to bring up qualified personnel for theautomotive supply industry. This is how we would like to contribute to our sector and help our youth acquire a profession and look to the future with trust through quality training courses. We will extend the scope of the project by involving other production departments in the project in the upcoming period. I would like to celebrate Maxion İnci management team for making this project possible that will greatly contribute to this significant mission of ours. I also extend my gratitude to Manisa Yunus Emre Vocational Training Center, Manisa Provincial Directorate of Education and Cevdet İnci Educational Foundation for their invaluable support and collaboration.”
Şerife İnci Eren, Chair of the Board of Cevdet İnci Foundation, expressed her faith for this project to create added value for society, and said: “Turkey’s greatest asset is its young population.
