Maxion İnci Aluminum Raised Awareness For The 6 Th Occupational Health And Safety Day With 850 Employees. In This 6 Th Edition Of The Event Held At Tepekule Congress Center, Behavioral Scientist Mehmet Auf Made A Speech Titled “Occupational Safety Starts With You”.
Maxion İnci Aluminum, a subsidiary of Brazilian Maxion Wheels Group and İnci Holding, organized the 6 th edition of “Occupational Health and Safety Day”. The event saw participation of 850 Maxion İnci Aluminum employees and was held at Tepekule Congress Center. With a one-day stop of production, the event took place in the aluminum wheel plant in Manisa, during which various awareness-raising training sessions, information contests and theatre performances took place. Behavioralscientist and author Mehmet Auf delivered a speech titled “Occupational health starts with you.”
Professional theatre players delivered a performance on OHS in the event attended by Hakan Ünlü, General Manager of Maxion İnci and Maxion Jantaş, Ali Altınkaya, Maxion İnci Aluminum Plant Manager, and all employees. Maxion İnci Aluminum employees also had fun time with the prize information contest.

Mustafa Zaim, Maxion İnci and Maxion Jantaş Board Chair, said: “At Maxion İnci and Maxion Jantaş, employee health and safety is always a top priority for us. We have efforts and work on this topic which is an integral part of our corporate culture, and in which we improve ourselves. Both in terms of occupational health and safety and of employee motivation, we place a great emphasis on these interactive events
with one-day stop of production. Our accident frequency rate dropped by 13 percent compared to last year. We have 850 employees in 2017 accompanying us on our journey we started in 2006 with 200 employees. We grow confidently. Our target is zero occupational accident.”
