Turkish Exporters’ Assembly (TİM) selected ‘innovation leaders’, with İnnovaLİG, the first innovation development program of Turkey. A total of 971 companies applied for the contest where 15 companies were chosen for awards. Maxion Jantaş came third in the category of “Innovation Resources”. Chair of the Board of Maxion İnci and Maxion Jantaş, Mustafa Zaim, received the award from Economy Minister Nihat Zeybekçi and TİM President Mehmet Büyükekşi.

Zaim: An innovative perspective is the secret to our success

Speaking after the award ceremony held in Istanbul Congress Center, Mustafa Zaim said: “The world goes through extraordinary changes driven by digital technology, which we anticipate will gain more momentum in the upcoming years and pave the way for radical implications on every aspect of our lives. At the heart of this change lies innovation. With this awareness, we have been successfully and decisively undertaking innovation culture efforts, which we launched 3 years ago. Our aim is to turn our innovation culture into a way of living, by thinking of what is not yet thought of, by incessantly questioning how we can do the job we do now differently, by thinking out of the box, and by utilizing an innovative perspective.

This is a challenging process that requires a very systematic effort involving the broad participation of each and every department of our businesses. Our top priority is to make this culture a way of living. We are the leaders of the sector, and boast exemplary achievements at a global scale. We are aware that sustainability of these achievements is only possible through our achievements in the field of innovation and digital transformation. As our efforts to structure an innovation culture continue, we are going through a period of change and transformation that is supported by Industry 4.0 and extend towards “Smart Factories”. We are walking towards the future, in a challenging yet very exciting period. The awards we receive motivate and excite our team even more.”
